WHAT IS AURA-SOMA AND HOW CAN IT BENEFIT ME?
Aura-Soma ® is a form of colour, energy and soul therapy that supports you spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.
It is an amazing system for self-knowledge, guidance and transformation. The jewel like Equilibrium bottles have meanings and messages associated with each, that are revealed to you during the consultation.
They are not just bottles filled with coloured water, far from it. The carrier oil that sits in the top of the bottle, is the 10th press of organic olive oil. The bottles also contain essential oils from around the world and herbal extracts, many of which are grown at the Aura-Soma biodynamic Farm in Tetford. Shire Farm, is one of the largest biodynamic farms in the UK.
Along with herbs and essential oils the bottles contain liquid crystal tinctures made specially for Aura-Soma in Switzerland. For example, the turquoise bottles contain real turquoise, the purple contain amethyst, the pale pink will contain rose quartz etc. In fact, all the bottles contain an array of different crystals.
The beautiful bottles are not just a tool for self-revelation, they can also be used upon the body. The herbal, oil and crystal energies, absorbed by our skin, act on our physical body, and on all other levels of our auric anatomy. Many bottles help with very specific situations within our life, bringing about potential resolution, healing and change.

When you come for an Aura-Soma session with me, it’s an opportunity to connect with yourself in a truly meaningful and intuitive way. Let me explain how it works and what you can expect.
When you arrive at my home, nestled in nature, you can leave the outside world behind and take a moment to relax. Once settled I will take you to my bottle display case. Here there are 122 dual-coloured bottles, each containing a unique combination of natural plant colours, real crystal tinctures, and essential oils. Every bottle holds a specific meaning, reflecting various aspects of life—from your personality and challenges to your strengths and the opportunities available to you.
During the session, you’ll select four bottles that you feel most drawn to. This is an intuitive process, guided by what bottles call to you in the moment. Each bottle reveals valuable insights, and I use the information they provide to guide you. Together, we’ll explore their meanings and relate them to your personal experiences, challenges, and aspirations. Through this process, I can offer direction and clarity, helping you better understand your current needs and how to move forward.
If you feel particularly connected to one of the bottles, you may choose to work with it more directly. I’ll guide you on how to use it—typically, this involves gently blending the bottle’s layers and applying it to specific areas of the body to bring balance and support into your daily life.

Equilibrium bottles
